Today has been an amazing day.
I woke up really really tired, but then I slept it off in the car on the way to school. After that I was as peppy as you ever did see! And very talkative! I'm not usually that extroverted, but I just talked to everyone today and I really enjoyed it.
And this evening I went to the mall with Kara's and Taylor's friends from Duchesne. They are all AMAZING and so much fun. I want to do this every weekend. Socially, I wish I went to Duchesne. I had so much fun tonight. School will seem so dull now. But I'll try to make the most of it. Before tonight, I had already been in a really good mood, but i had vowed to be really un-shy and introduce myself to everyone.

well, if you didn't know, i was going to be in a musical at one of the all-guys schools. It was called "Seussical," and my uncle directs those plays. so yeah.
BUT it turns out i have to drop out :\ Because we found out that it conflicts with the weekend that I'm going to Boston to visit MonnieMonMon. D: So i'm dropping out. this kind of sucks, because i was making friends, and even had like...a "group" there (which i don't yet at school). But, i have more free time now, which is a good thing!
Also! On thursday, my entire choir gets to go see the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra in concert (for freeee!). <3 I think the fact that I'm really excited makes me a big dork, but that's okay. one of the pieces is by a composer that I really like that we saw an opera by a little more than a year ago. So that will be awesome. Plus we got to meet the musicians. Yayayayay. Okay, dork time is over.
My choir also just recorded some songs that will be on a cd. It will be out in November, so if you want to hear how awesome we are, just let me know and i'll burn them when the time comes :D

i had a terrible day.
i woke up around 11:50, came downstairs, ate an english muffin..went online, talked to kara, was gonna go over there. Then she idlefied herself mysteriously. Went upstairs. Knitted the rest of my harry potter scarf. came downstairs and had lunch. called kara, who had stuff to do, but would call me, but she didn't :[ sat around and knitted some more. went online and played meerca chase for a LONG time. sat around and did nothing. was lonely. my dad asked if i was doing anything and i said i was gonna wait for kara to call. so we didn't do anything tonight, and for no reason :[ i watched Naruto on Cartoon Network tonight, which was okay. Some of the dubbing gets on my nerves. But some things are good, like how they say "jutsu" instead of "art of the...blalala" and the pronunciations got to me at times. they got some things right though. all in all, enjoyable. played some solitaire in my room. then i came downstairs and had dinner. leftovers. went on the computer, here i am. had some ice cream.

well, i like high school a LOT better than middle school. A big thing is no more block scheduling, thank god.
The schedule is sort of neat. There's one class you don't have every day, and then each class moves a time later each day, so the last class of today would drop off tomorrow, today's drop day would be first class tomorrow, etc.
also some teachers give a dotted day, a day when class just doesn't meet. as a freshman, i have two spend two of my free periods in a 7 day cycle in a study hall. A have 4 in the cycle though. But you know what sucks? THREE of my free periods are on B day(yesterday), and one is on E day (although it was today instead for just this once). There's A through G day, so that means I don't have another free period until next Thursday. fidoshfodh.

Wanna hear something annoying? i was already mad because we can't wear converse high tops, which is 50% of the shoes i own. (was 66%, but i got a new pair of Roos for just that reason.) So I wore my new Roos yesterday. But TODAY i wore my Vans, and some lady stopped me while i was leaving and said i couldn't wear them! said shoes had to be solid colors! NOBODY'S SHOES ARE SOLID COLORS. my roos aren't. and there is NOTHING about shoe color in the handbook, so I am for good reason very very pissed off. :[

I saw Red Eye AGAIN tonight! This time with Anne and Monnie. it was a blast and a half. And Cillian Murphy is seriously sexy.

Tomorrow, other than do homework, I am going to go to the mall and get a new pair of shoes and also a Killers tee shirt. Yaaay for me.
Today I came home from Kara's house, hung out with Monica for a while, watched 32904730 music videos on fuse, went to StL Bread Co. and...oh yeah! Monica and I were thinking about if we had a radio station that was just the songs on our laptops on shuffle and you couldn't change it ever. And what an embarrassing radio station it would be. So then when we got home from lunch, we played our laptops in our own rooms and had a little contest. I was getting a bunch of Rufus Wainwright and The Shins and things like that and all of a sudden i get Newsies, and it's like "NOOO MY RATINGS ARE DROPPIIINGGG!!!"
And after a while of that, Anne came over, we went and visited Shannon since she's leaving tomorrow for college, then went and saw the movie. This time i peed before it started, and therefore didn't almost die of bladder desintegration. That tends to happen at the movie theater. Well, I also didn't get a soda. Okay, let's stop this talk.
I'm going to go try to make some cool covers for my school binders. Ciao. :D

well! i am at the library, rather than an internet cafe, and i don't know why we didn't come here in the first place. you can stay on the internet much longer, it's free, and they aren't macs. which means i know what the hell i'm doing. on the macs, the exit button and stuff is on the left side of the window and it's all just color coded and nothing quite shows up right :[ especially aol.com. i nearly shot myself in the face trying to navigate it.
Also! i've plugged in my ipod here and it is charging! i am so happy!!! my SANITY IS SFSDHOIFHOI SAVBED.
mmhmm. so....yes. i WILL send the notebook soon. i have to go and get a padded envelope and then run it over to the post oriface, which means i have to ask people to take me places, because i certainly can't drive a car! legally, that is. i'm probably going to get behind the wheel for the first time TODAY. or sometime this coming week anyway. well, i must say i'm quite hungry.
OH. michael. i am currently in the middle of the book "Voyage of the Dawn Treader" which, as you may or may or may not know, is book 3 in the Chronicles of Narnia. I don't know if you have read beyond The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, but i plan on reading all 7 while i'm here, because there's truly nothing else to do. You know how you make it your goal to watch all sorts of movies you haven't seen? that's how i am with books right now. so i've already read 3 since i've been here. the other first two in the chronicles and "Howl's Moving Castle." yay.
oh and i am very much excited for the narnia movie coming out now. best week ever should not have given the preview a downgrade f'real.
and i want a little orange kitten and i want to name him Aslan.
So, I miss everyone, and I miss Stella, and I miss being able to go on the internet whenever i wish, and i miss foop.
